While using our application, an exclamation mark will appear over your photo to indicate that the photo's quality is not high enough. You may replace the picture, or move it to a smaller frame in your layout. If you really love the picture and insist on having us print it, we will do so as long as you don’t mind it appearing blurry when it is printed. With Albumii, you can turn your images into great photo products from the comfort of your own home. You can either do so through our mobile app or directly on your web browser via www.albumii.com.
Choose from a variety of photo products and you will be prompted to select your photos. You can upload your photos directly from your phone or computer, using Facebook, Instagram, and/or Dropbox.
Albumii photobooks come in four sizes: 30 x 30 cm, 25 x 25 cm, 21 x 30 cm and 15 x 21 cm.

The minimum resolution we recommend for printing is 72 dpi. Photos that have been taken using your camera or phone will always print in the highest quality, while screenshots and photos that are from Whatsapp, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook are usually lower in resolution.
Don’t worry, Albumii will check all images, and notify you if your image resolution is lower than recommended.
We will place an exclamation point > at the top right-hand corner of your photo if it is lower than 72 DPI (minimum resolution). You are still welcome to use low resolution images, as long as you know the image quality may be blurry or grainy.
We recommend that you replace the image with a higher resolution image from your camera roll. Another option is to make the low-resolution image smaller, by moving it to a smaller frame in your layout.
You can still choose to print these images, just be aware that a lower resolution image may result in a blurry, pixelated print.
We recommend 300 DPI images at actual size in JPEG, although the software will accept resolution as low as 72 DPI without warning.
You can use JPG, PNG, and TIFF formats.
We print what you send. Your project is your baby. Please check that everything is in place and looks good to you before uploading, including the cropping, design, and spelling on all pages of your project. Click the preview button to see how it looks before you upload it. Remember, we cannot modify your files.
Unfortunately, no. Once you have uploaded a project, Albumii starts an automated process to print and ship your creation. Therefore, it is essential that you check all content thoroughly, before completing your order.
Albumii makes payment easy. We offer three payment methods: card, PayPal, or cash on delivery.
1 - KNET / Credit Card
You can pay with KNET, Kuwait’s local debit card system. You can also use any major credit cards including VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®.
2 - PayPal
Payment through PayPal is also available.
3 - Cash on Delivery
If you prefer to not use a credit card online, you can pay cash on delivery (in your local currency). This payment method is only available for all GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries as well as Jordan.
